The Minute Clinic Patient Routing widget created an all-in-one tool for users to find care and start scheduling with two easy form field entries.

This widget was simple, clean and re-usable. This allowed us to repurpose this asset across multiple places on MC.com creating a sense of concessions and consistency that would form a familiar pattern for our users.

Originally we were asked by stakeholders to include far more information in this widget. We had to advocate for a more light weight solution to keep the focus of the user on their symptoms and easy scheduling.
