I am a passionate Experience Design Leader with 11 years of User Experience and User Interface Design industry experience, and most recently 4 years of Design Management experience.

I have focused my efforts in the areas of iOS, Android, mobile web, and desktop design as well as brand identity and development, and Design strategy.

I take pride in understanding my direct reports on a human level and find great pleasure in fostering their career development via coaching them to encourage communication and collaboration.

I believe in having rationale for design decisions and advocating for one’s self clearly!
